On Friday 4th October and Saturday 5th October the children of Cross School celebrated the return of St. Killian's Relic to the parish of Mullagh. The children went to Mullagh school and enjoy a variety of activities from hurling to a shadow puppet show telling the life story of St. Killian. On Saturday the children provided a Guard of Honour to welcome the Relics to Cross church. Thank you to Fr. Paul and the parishioner's of Mullagh for these fun packed activities.

Congratulations to our Sixth Class on their Graduation on Friday 14th of June. We wish them all the very best in their transition to Secondary School. We are so proud of the young people they have become and we will miss them.

We are so proud of our Girls Football team. They battled against Arva in Breffni Park and brought home the cup. The first girls football team to ever do so in Cross N.S.
Congratulations to Áine Doughty who was awarded 'Player of the Match' and to Hannah O'Gorman, our team captain, who spoke so eloquently as she raised the cup. Each and every one of the girls played their part in the match showing such determination and drive. They were a true inspiration to us all.
A huge thank you to our coaches Ms Hynds and Ms Gilsenan for training the team and to our sponsors Ardlow Iron Works and McNally Pharmacies. Thanks also to you the parents for supporting the children on this journey.
