We had such an exciting afternoon at the School Raffle yesterday and the children really rose to the occasion by picking out the prizes for each winner from the hat and  adding the drum rolls for effect.
The list of winners and prizes are attached below and prizes will be distributed over the coming days.
A huge thank you to the PA for organising this, our wonderful and amazing sponsors for donating the prizes and thanks also to each and every one of you for supporting this so generously.
The incredible sum of  €4,025 was raised. This illustrates what an amazing school and extended community we have here in Cross !

A sincere and heart felt thank you to everyone that bought raffle tickets or sponsored prizes at the Christmas Show. We used the proceeds to buy much needed library books and resources. We also purchased lots of Maths equipment to enable us to make our numeracy lessons more interactive and interesting. A huge thank you from the pupils and staff of Cross N.S.

We are so proud of our Girls Football team and their coach Ms Hynds. They won all their games at the Cumann na mBunscol football blitz last Friday in Munterconnaught and the last game was a really tough battle.  We wish them all the very best of luck as they prepare for the county final in Breffni Park.
