3rd and 4th class completed a 4 week course in conjunction with Cavan County Council called "Created in Cavan". During this 4 week period the children learnt about:
- Promoting local food and food producers
- Exploring food systems and sustainability
- Increasing awareness of food miles and food origins
- Understanding the environmental impact of food choice
