Dear parents/guardian,
I hope this letter finds you all safe and well in these uncertain and daunting times.
As a teacher and a parent, I appreciate the difficulties you may be experiencing trying to maintain structure and routine for your children throughout the day. We will organise some homework weekly plans which will be posted on our school website from next week, Monday 30th of March, to help you and there are lots of ideas and resources on www.crossreaghns.com as per the Department of Education & Skills guidelines. I am asking you all, not to overload your children with written work and please do not allow these lessons to become a source of stress to either you or your child. Use the plans we will provided as a guide but if you would prefer to choose an online resource or a different activity, feel free to do so. If you are unable to access these, let me know at office@crossreaghns.com or crossns4@gmail.com and I will have them posted to you.
There has been no return date to school, stated by the Department of Education and Skills and we are unsure of how long the current situation will continue.
Thank you all for your cooperation and should you have any questions over the content of work, please contact the teachers directly on the emails set up to assist you.
